Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soft Spot Tech business portal and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

Program description. Soft Spot Tech sends text messages to customers who have provided their mobile number, about service requests, project updates, scheduling, appointments, and invoices. This is a conversational customer-care program — you can reply directly to any message to reach us.

How you opt in. You provide your mobile number to us when you call, email, submit the contact form on this site, or engage us for a project, and confirm that we may contact you by text. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Soft Spot Tech does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and coverage.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Twilio, and payment processors. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. You authorize Soft Spot Tech to access and exchange data with those services on your behalf to provide the features you enable. You may revoke that access at any time.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that data to provide the Service, including syncing it to integrations you connect. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate the rights of others or any law.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Spot Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
